Social Sessions is a concert in collaboration and to raise money for Social Bite, one of Scotland’s leading homelessness charities. The charity aims to build a collaborative movement to end homelessness in Scotland. Social Sessions is an opportunity for likeminded people to enjoy a night of excellent music while coming together and sticking up for the most vulnerable people among us. On the back of the massively successful ‘Sleep In the Park’ hosted by Social Bite in December, the charity has started work on The Social Bite Village, a facility that will home 20 vulnerable members of society in order to provide support and education to bring these people back into society where they belong. This project happens alongside so many other ventures that Social Bite facilitate, like their café’s which not only feed homeless people but take vulnerable people under their wing to provide training and stable employment. We want to continue the support of Social Bite’s efforts to combat homelessness and so Social Sessions came about.
