Sister (or brother) pub to mono, we opened our doors in november 2007 after relocating from the west end to a Charles Rennie MacKintosh building in the city centre. We have quickly established ourselves as a key live venue in the city, club venue and relaxed cafe bar - "at laid-back Stereo the mood is Bohemian and refreshingly non-corporate, always something to be applauded in a city centre where so many of the eating out possibilities are clones or chains."

LOCATION

You can find us in Renfield Lane (running between Renfield St and Hope St), a stones throw from Central Station. We occupy the lower and basement floors of a less well-known. Charles Rennie Mackintosh building, with swooping sandstone curves and an unusual tiled exterior. The building was originally home to the Daily Record. We are a short walk from St.Enoch/Buchannan st underground station, Queen Street Station and Buchannan St Bus Station. Please see map
